What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us via website, calling and booking an appointment, making an enquiry for products or services, visiting the clinic, and completing a medical form.
We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.
We store this information on our diary system (previously writeupp currently 10to8), cloud devices, services such as mailchimp and Client Central. We also hold paper medical records in a locked filing cabinet with restricted key access.
For secure payments we use Gocardless and worldpay.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to manage your account, for medical purposes to ensure treatment is safe and if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
Our newsletters may include, personal note from Gemma, client success stories, offers, information and tips on health and wellness, exercises, advice, news and updates (this list is NOT exhaustive).
We take an email address and phone number when booking an appointment for appointment reminders of which 4 are automatically sent, unless more are specifically requested.
Bodyfixit will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the Bodyfixit company.
If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out later. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes by clicking on the unsubscribe button on the bottom of any email which is sent to you.
Access to your information and correction.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all your personal information, please email or write to us at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
