They recently held an Outdoor Relaxation & Rejuvenation Mini Retreat, and it sounds like it was exactly what so many of us need. Clients shared stories of sunshine, peaceful settings, gentle sounds of singing bowls, and a quiet shared atmosphere that left them feeling incredibly warm and calm.

Indoor Autumn Retreat

This is a restorative morning designed to help you reset and find your calm before the busier festive season truly begins.

The October retreat will be held in the beautifully restored and calming St John’s Place, and will include guided meditation, deeply relaxing sound bath sessions, and gentle time to rest with warming tea and delicious cake.

Whether you’re carrying stress, feeling emotionally tired, or just need a break from the mental load – this retreat is designed specifically to help you slow down, come back to yourself, and rediscover your inner peace.

Spaces are limited to ensure a personal and spacious experience, so early booking is definitely encouraged. There are currently only 12 spaces remaining!

Our plan for the morning (10am to 12.30pm):

  • Gentle flowing movement – to release muscle tension but you don’t need to be bendy or into yoga – please bring a yoga mat if you have one
  • Relaxing meditations and using your voice to feel calmer and more confident
  • Tea and cake (will be provided)
  • Candlelit relaxing soundbath – Experience being in this calming space listening to the sounds and feeling the vibrations of our singing bowls. Soundbaths are a great way to switch off, calm the mind and feel relaxed, people often say to me they sleep well afterwards as well.
