They recently held an outdoor retreat, and it was a beautiful morning of rest, calm, and connection. One client described it as:

Held in a cosy, calming indoor space, this retreat is a chance for you to pause and reset before the busyness of autumn and winter arrives.
They have even added an extra hour to the session, as people didnāt want the last retreat to end!
You’ll begin the morning with guided meditation and quiet breathwork, followed by deeply soothing sound bath sessions, and time to rest with warming tea and homemade treats. Itās gentle, welcomingĀ and suitable even if youāre completely new to meditation or sound baths.
Booking is now open, but spaces are limited to ensure a calm and spacious feel.
