Six years ago, we embarked on an exciting journey, expanding Bodyfixit to include Pilates classes. This month, as we celebrate this milestone, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who has joined us on the mat – past and present. Why Pilates? A Journey of Strength, Flexibility, and Connection

We initially introduced Pilates to complement our massage therapy services. We recognised that many of our massage clients needed a focused movement practice to build strength, improve flexibility, and recover from injuries, allowing them to return to the activities they love, from gardening to simply moving with greater ease and less discomfort.

Over the years, we’ve seen firsthand the incredible benefits Pilates offers, extending far beyond just the physical.
