As many of you already know, our time at Barnack is coming to and end! It’s been a great home for Bodyfixit and Salisbury Meditation & Sound Therapy over the last few years, but it’s time for a little shake up, which means new locations! Some of you will have already visited one of our new locations – St Paul’s Salisbury for recent Sound Baths, and for all the info, read on!

Booking is now open for December and January if you let us know that you wish to carry on with massage sessions.
*Please note – we have not changed the location and directions in the diary booking system as this will then edit it for all appointments from now, we will be doing this in December!
Please note – I’m unable to do dry needling in your homes, but can offer this at Bodywise, and I can offer Hot Stone Massage at home 🙂
Massage sessions whether at home or at venue have a 24hrs cancellation policy and must be paid for in advance by at least 48 hrs.

Massage at Home
Just to reiterate, I will be trialing times to see how they work with traffic, with the full appointment time being a total of 1 hour & 10 minutes. This allows for 50 minutes treatment and 10 minutes for setting up and 10 minutes to clear away.
The 2pm massage slot is reserved for people living a bit further out os Salisbury – If you do not live in the centre of Salisbury or it takes a while to get to you please can you try and book the 2:00 PM massage slot because that allows me to take into account extra travel time if necessary. I might just be a couple of minutes later getting to you (we all know what the traffic can be like).
Massage at Venue
The 5th December sessions will be at St Paul’s Sp2 building, but following that we have found a venue for massage which is at Bodywise Pilates, which most of you know is up beyond Barnack, where we currently are, a bit further along Blakey road, next to Clownabout. There is also the bonus of free parking here!
We will be using this space on the first and third Tuesday of the month (there are a couple of date anomalies). Massage sessions at Bodywise are 45 minutes and booking can be made using the button below.
When you arrive, please make sure that you input your car registration at the reception so you don’t get a parking ticket. If you visit us at Bodywise we will also be able to provide dry needling once Wiltshire council adjust the license.
Pilates at ST Paul’s SP2
From the 5th December, Pilates classes will be at St Paul’s Sp2 building.
There is plenty of parking in the church car park. Please look at the video below for directions for parking and the easiest way to get to class.
Classes are scheduled tight together, so if you are early please either wait in your car or in the passageway. There is a door bell but I have to come down 3 flights of stairs to open the door, so I will be there when I can and every room in the building hears the door bell so please don’t use it.
