In our busy lives, sometimes we just need some stress relief. We get pulled in all sorts of directions. Our minds have been overwhelmed with all sorts of pressures.

Time out to stop, reflect and reconnect with our senses with some wonderful self-care is what many of us need!

So clear it all out, release some of that pressure and come back to you by coming to our mini day retreat in April!

Why come on the Retreat?

People often say to me they are wanting to:

– feel a bit calmer, less stressed or anxious


– have a better quality sleep better and wake less in the night

– manage family and work related stress better

– be able to switch their mind off for a little while and not always be thinking about what they need to do next and what they could have done differently

Enjoy switching off, relaxing and learn healthier and more effective ways of coping with stressful or difficult situations.

What will you do?

  • Get mindfully creative (don’t worry you don’t need to be skilled at this)
  • Move in a way to restore the body and mind
  • Learn a number of tools to manage your stress better
  • Relax in a calming soundbath to switch off the mind and body with the calming and relaxing smells of essential oils
  • Create your own blended relaxing roller ball to take home and help you unwind, relax and feel calmer

We are delighted to have Shelley Baker Clinical Aromatherapist join us for our Spring Relaxing Retreat day too.

If you haven’t met Shelley she is such a calming and gentle lady but is also a walking encyclopedia on essentail oil and their effects on our health and happiness.

She will be helpings us take relaxation even deeper with the calming and relaxing smells of essential oils.

During the workshop you will be creating your own blended relaxing roller ball to take home and use at home on points like the temple, behind the ear etc so you can use the essential oils to help you unwind, relax and feel calmer at home but also sleep better. The details

Saturday 22nd April

We will provide mats etc, coffee, tea and snacks but please bring your own nut free lunch with you. Please also bring a blanket, cushion and pair of comfy walking shoes. Wear clothes that are comfy and stretchy.

We have extended the day from our last retreat to 10-5pm, which will include a mindful creative exercise, meditation (suitable for beginners) and a relaxing Soundbath.
