Overview

Different from our normal day retreats, for this relaxing retreat session we have Tamsin Loveday from Barefoot Bindery join us.
Together we are going to enjoy being out in nature, going for a mindful walk following the river to the Cathedral. Focusing on being in the present moment and letting go of thoughts and worries.
Walking nature, enjoy the views and absorbing nature around us. We we will create images and take found objects and things that really resonate with us.
Tamsin will help us to create a keepsake of the day where you are using images, found objects and creating a folded booklet for you to take home. We will also be combining this with meditation and a relaxing soundbath to help people really switch off and take time out for them.
The aim of the day is to step away from the everyday, let go of stress, worry, help you to sleep better and switch off for a little while.

You don’t need to be creative to do this workshop or done meditation before but we would recommend that you be able to walk five miles comfortably.

What? We will provide mats etc, coffee, tea and snacks but please bring your own nut free lunch with you. Please also bring a blanket, cushion and pair of comfy walking shoes. Wear clothes that are comfy and stretchy.

Cancellation policy – cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the event and ½ payment will be refunded. Cancel less than 2 weeks and we are sorry but no refund can be given.
